It is designed for 45° angled cuts of Pvc glass bead profiles. At the same time 2 glass beads can be cut.

It is designed for 45° angled cuts of Pvc glass bead profiles. At the same time 2 glass beads can be cut. It cuts all kind of glass bead profiles without need of mould. There are two different models, the digital measuring system with servo motor control and the manual measuring system. There is adjustable height control of mould system. It is possible to adjust the saw cutting speed.

It can cut 2 glazing beads at the same time.
No need for glazing bead mould. All types of glazing beads can be cut by its own universal mould.
Equipped with 4 saw discs.
It cuts right and left 45 angles in one operation.
Adjustable height control of mould system.
Conveyor with manuel measuring system and measuring aparatus.
Feeding conveyor system.
Additional protection system for saw discs and sawdust.
