It is designed for 45° angled cuts of Pvc glass bead profiles. The digital measuring system with servo motor control greatly improves the accuracy of the measurement of the cut glass bead profiles.

It is designed for 45° angled cuts of Pvc glass bead profiles. The digital measuring system with servo motor control greatly improves the accuracy of the measurement of the cut glass bead profiles. Measurements taken from the frames by the digital caliper are transfered to control screen of the machine by wireless radio frequency method. The listed gauge is automatically cut off. The operator only feeds the profile. Another method of automatic cutting is to transfer the list of prepared pvc glass bead profiles to the machine with usb memory. It is possible to adjust the saw cutting speed.
