It is a cnc machine with 2 axis servo motor control, designed for cleaning the corners of welded pvc door&window profiles.

It is a cnc machine with 2 axis servo motor control, designed for cleaning the corners of welded pvc door&window profiles. Control of the machine is done with touch-operated PC with Windows operating system and axis movements are provided by high technology motion control systems. Thanks to PC control technology, data transfer with all windows and optimization programs is very easy. The servo motors and ball-screws are used with motion transfer technology, and their measurement accuracy is very high. Thanks to special blade systems, the cleaning of window corners made of pvc profiles with or without coating is done at high quality. Unlimited number of pvc profile types can be introduced to the system and profile programming with dxf format profile drawings can be done easily. The programming simulation allows the operator to easily intervene in the program. Thanks to the special software of our company, warning and error messages are displayed on the control screens of this line and the error in the system can be solved easily by the operator.

Machine has been designed for fast and sensitive corner cleaning of Pvc profile frames after the welding operation.
2 axes, servo-motor controlled
Production capacity: 320 frames/8 hours.
There are 11 tools for cleaning. The process with these tools as below;
1. Top and bottom surface cleaning for white profiles
2. Top and bottom surface cleaning for colored profiles
3. Inner-outer gasket channel cleaning
4. Inner corner cleaning for glazing beads
5. Cleaning of radius and angled surfaces
6. Outer corner cleaning by saw
Special blades for colored profiles.
It has automatic profile recognition system. Because of this, no need to make selection for profiles by the operator.
Pc controlled with Windows operating system.
Easy and fast data transfer because of Pc ( by usb memory , cable , cd , wireless, Ethernet , mail etc. )
New profile programs that have been sent by e-mail can be easily downloaded to software of machine without any need to technical stuff.
Unlimited profile system data memory.
