Automatic single head cutting machine with rising saw is designed for angled cutting of aluminum profiles. Manufactured for alüminyum doors and windows, this machine can also be used for cutting industrial aluminium profiles. Cutting is possible at all angle values between 20° left and 20° right angles. The exit speed of the saw is adjustable and the cooling fluid is sprayed onto the saw surface during cutting. Thanks to 4 pneumatic squeezing, 2 horizontal and 2 vertical, the profiles to be cut are fixed to the table in a rigid manner. There are manual and digital measuring system models.
