It is designed to combine the corners of frames made of aluminum door window profiles by hydraulic pressing method. This joining operation is carried out by pressing the aluminum profiles to the corner blocks. The easy and fast setting of the presser blades provides the operator with great ease in changing profile types. Thanks to the scissors system used, the right and left heads press at the same time. This increases the corner quality of the pressed profiles.

It is designed for making connection of Alu. Profiles to get frames.
Hydrolic controlled.
Pressure of each blade is 3800 kgf.
Adjustment of blades is very easy and fast.
Front head which is fixing the profile corner stays under the working surface in the beginning of the process.
Left and right heads press at the same time.
